Why Leadership Academy?

Individuals complete the academy gaining an articulated personal leadership philosophy and a fresh new approach to their own leadership style. The academy experience forms a critical foundation for leaders as they advance to new roles within their own organizations. Many of our past participants have progressed to become highly valued, impactful leaders for their employers.

What is it?

Leadership Academy is a dynamic process for emerging leaders designed to compliment any company’s existing internal development efforts while framing leadership within the participant’s own organization’s cultural context. Academy is a multi-session program which offers both a flexible timetable and convenient locations.


Leadership Academy cohorts are composed of no more than fifteen of an organization’s high-potential and emerging leaders.

What Will you Learn?

Program sessions are built upon facilitated discussion, small group workouts, and experiential learning initiatives. Assessments are used to bring powerful insights to each participant and prompt discovery of how the unique perspectives and interaction styles of each leader impacts the team–and the organizational culture as a whole. High-potential leaders have the opportunity to learn, discuss, and apply foundational concepts through these core elements:

  • Practical and experiential learning with colleagues
  • Individualized assessment data
  • Projects between sessions
  • Resources to enhance learning
  • Access to accomplished senior leaders

Leadership Academy’s three distinct themes – Lead Yourself, Lead Others, and Lead Your Organization – provide a multi-format approach that reaches beyond classroom learning. Participants learn directly from accomplished senior leaders, experiential initiatives, personalized assessments, and relevant assignments between courses. Each session builds upon the last with a specific new focus and established outcomes.
