The Milestone Internship program offers talented individuals the opportunity to receive exceptional leadership training and development experience while working for Milestone Leadership in a dynamic professional setting.

Internship Highlights

Hourly pay for work as a Project Coordinator for Milestone Leadership.

Access to top leaders. Across a spectrum of industries ranging from Fortune 100 to nonprofit, Milestone Leadership engages with dynamic movers and shakers.

Exciting environment to study business. The Northwest Arkansas region is home to the corporate offices of Walmart, Tyson Foods, and J.B. Hunt, as well as approximately 1,500 Walmart suppliers.

Incomparable experience and opportunity. Interns are immersed in a small, fast-paced team environment that offers the chance to lead key projects, innovate and create organizational culture—gaining invaluable professional experience.

Career acceleration. Our internships have allowed recipients to go on to do amazing things, ranging from earning a Doctorate, running a top-performing team and even starting a life-saving nonprofit.

A limited number of Milestone Internships are available each year. Successful applicants are able to demonstrate strong leadership skills, personal initiative, flexibility, and a willingness to learn by experience.

We invite you to apply for the Milestone Internship

We will begin accepting applications on October 1, 2020 and the final deadline for submissions is March 1, 2021. Interviews will take place in March and April, and the start date for selected candidates is June 7, 2021.

Qualified applicants will have successfully completed a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution by the time the Internship begins, as this opportunity is specifically designed to be a post-undergraduate program.
