Why become an Intern with us?

“The experience challenged me in every way possible. The amount of trust extended to young professionals in the program allows room for growth and development. The Milestone Leadership team is truly a family that leads with love and trust.

“As a new professional, I received exposure to a multitude of industries and individuals. Throughout my time with the program, I found myself sitting with Fortune 500 companies, non-profits, and experienced leaders from over 40 different industries. I thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to connect with leaders from different walks of life. Milestone Leadership challenged me to articulate my values. At a young age, I was given a solid environment to express who I am, what I believe, and what I stand for. The lessons gleaned from such exposure were a pivotal part of my early career.

“The growth and development that came from Milestone has been the foundation of my professional career. I am forever thankful for this experience and Milestone Leadership for believing in me and pushing me to be the person I am today. Milestone Leadership is truly building leaders worth following.”
