Ellie serves as a Project Coordinator at Milestone Leadership, bringing over ten years of leadership experience within child welfare and mental health organizations. In her role, she supports the Milestone team by creating environments that foster vulnerability, personal reflection, and meaningful growth while ensuring the structures and support needed for strong program delivery.
Ellie is deeply passionate about helping leaders understand the emotional and mental impact their decisions, workloads, and changes can have on their teams. She believes sustainable high performance is only possible when balance and care for people are prioritized. Known for her ability to recognize individual strengths, Ellie enjoys creatively leveraging those strengths to move teams forward while encouraging others to step beyond their comfort zones and grow.
