Erik Dees is co-owner and Partner of Milestone Leadership. He is a leadership practitioner, facilitator and coach with a variety of certifications. His doctoral research centers on values integration, and through the Milestone team, among other offerings, he helps organizations align mission, vision, and values with execution. Erik is located in the Bentonville, AR area.
