Jessica Boyd brings a creative, people-centered approach to project and program coordination, grounded in experience across academic, nonprofit, and professional settings. For nearly ten years, she has led creative projects in design and photography, guiding clients and collaborators through multi-phase work with clarity, curiosity, and care. Jessica blends strong organizational skills with thoughtful leadership, a calm presence, and clear communication—creating supportive systems that help people, ideas, and programs grow and succeed.
As a Project Coordinator at Milestone Leadership, she supports the programs, experiences, and communication that help our leadership development work come to life. What excites her the most is being part of work that helps people grow into healthier humans, watching leaders gain new perspective, confidence, and clarity in how they lead others.
