OUR TEAM
Jolana Bostwick
Jolana (Lana) Bostwick is a Program Designer, Facilitator, and Professional Coach, helping leaders and individuals grow personally, professionally, and spiritually, enhancing their overall well-being and sense of purpose. She has over 20 years of experience supporting organizations across nonprofit, ministry, corporate, and clinical settings and is the founder of Peak Potential LLC, her professional coaching and consulting practice.
Her years in nonprofit leadership—and her own experience with burnout—inspired the creation of The Peak Wellness & Retreat Center, an intentional 2-acre space for rest, spiritual renewal, and reconnection located in Van Buren, AR.
Deeply rooted in her Christian faith, Jolana is passionate about helping individuals cultivate balance, resilience, and sustainable well-being. She has led and served in trauma-intensive environments—from nonprofit work with women and children in crisis to clinical chaplaincy—developing the skills to support others through trauma while modeling rest and resilience.
Jolana holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology with a minor in English Literature and a master’s degree in Community Development from Delta State University. Her work has been recognized by the Delta Business Journal (Top 30 Under 30) and the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal (Top 40 Under 40) as a top business leader in both regions.
Additionally, she is a certified Spiritual Director through the Selah Center for Spiritual Formation and holds certifications as a Wellness and Life Coach, Personal Trainer, and Master Gardener. She is currently pursuing her master’s in Christian ministry. Jolana and her husband, Adam, live in Van Buren with their five rescue dogs and have two adult sons, Anthony and Andrew.
