Rachael Davenport
Rachael serves as an Executive in Residence at Milestone Leadership, bringing over 20 years of experience in leadership development and coaching. In her role, she helps leaders, especially women, stop hiding parts of themselves and begin leading with authenticity. Rachael is most energized by walking alongside leaders as they discover that their lived experiences, including the messy and difficult parts, are not liabilities but powerful tools for connection and influence.
She is deeply passionate about teaching authenticity in leadership, challenging leaders to let go of perfection and fully own their stories. Known for her bold, honest, and supportive approach, Rachael encourages growth by speaking truth with care, helping others recognize both their blind spots and their strengths so they can take meaningful action.
