Tom Andrus
Tom Andrus built a 40-year career serving as CEO and CFO across a wide range of industries, including healthcare and life sciences, retail, manufacturing, distribution, business services, and financial services. His early career in commercial banking and consulting provided a strong foundation in strategy, financial management, and organizational growth. Tom brings extensive experience in developing and mentoring leaders, building cohesive leadership teams, and creating environments where people and organizations succeed.
He has led teams through transformational change and dynamic environments- driving results, creating value, and aligning leadership around shared goals and vision. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Trinity University and an MBA from Texas A&M University. He previously served as an adjunct professor at Ouachita Baptist University, where he provided executive coaching to MBA students through his Practical Leadership class.
